Dicey Golf and Dicey Baseball · Last updated October 1, 2026

The short version: I don't collect your personal information. There are no accounts, and your game progress stays on your phone. The games show ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device data to show and measure those ads.

Who makes Dicey Games

Dicey Golf and Dicey Baseball (the "games") are made by Johnathon Nehls ("I", "me"). This policy explains what information the games use and why. It applies to both apps.

Information stored on your device

Your scores, stats, unlocked courses and stadiums, achievements, chosen balls and bats, player names, settings, Daily Challenge results and any saved game are stored only on your device. They are not sent to me. Deleting an app deletes its information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The games use Google AdMob to show ads, including optional ads you can watch for a bonus mulligan (Dicey Golf) or an extra Timeout (Dicey Baseball). To show, limit and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," ads are still shown, but they are not personalized using the advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Google's use of this data is covered by its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In-app purchases

The optional Dicey Golf Pro and Dicey Baseball Pro purchases are processed entirely by Apple. I never receive your name, payment details or Apple ID. Apple only tells the app whether Pro has been purchased so it can be unlocked and restored.

No accounts and no selling of data

The games have no sign-up or accounts. I do not sell, rent or share personal information. Apart from the AdMob data described above, the apps do not send information off your device.

Children

Dicey Golf and Dicey Baseball are general-audience games and are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will help address it.
